A Simple Solution

Installing simple Delrin "Top-Feed Supports" helps prevent top-feed roller contact with the skinning blade and tooth roll.  No contact means no roller damage and a reduced chance of shutdown.  Not to mention, extra protection for the skinning blade.

Removing the two end top-feed rollers and replacing them with the Delrin "Top-Feed Supports" will reduce conveyor belt width by 2.75".  However, the "supports" will provide peace of mind.  You'll know your product and skinning mechanism are protected.
